Field Usage Form Any teams or organizations who need to use a field outside of the days and times already scheduled by the Recreation Commission for games must complete a Field Usage form and receive approval. Anyone using fields without prior approval will be asked to leave. Click on the following link to access the Field Usage Form. Forms should be submitted to either Chris Tarver or Dennis Passe.
Code of Conduct Effective immediately. North Plainfield Recreation has passed an ordinance to implement and adhere to the following Codes of Conduct. Please click on the appropriate one to read the guidelines. All players, parents, and coaches will need to sign the necessary Code of Conduct.
