Field Usage Form
Any teams or organizations who need to use a field outside of the days and times already scheduled by the
Recreation Commission for games must complete a Field Usage form and receive approval. Anyone using fields
without prior approval will be asked to leave. Click on the following link to access the Field Usage Form.

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com and search for NPRECInfo to join.
You will receive updates when registration forms, notices, and other important information is communicated about
our programs and events. This can be especially beneficial to families who's children are not enrolled in the
N. Plainfield public school system and therefore do not receive the fliers that come home through the schools.
Check your spam folder to make sure the reply email confirming your membership is not sent there. If it is, you may
need to add the email to your address book.
Code of Conduct
Effective immediately.
North Plainfield Recreation has passed an ordinance to implement and adhere to the following Codes of Conduct.
Please click on the appropriate one to read the guidelines.
All players, parents, and coaches will need to sign the necessary Code of Conduct.
(Violation of NJ State law P.L.2002, c.74. – Athletic Codes of Conduct could result in criminal penalties)
